4th BuAn Film Festival takes places 10 - 12 Aug, in Buan county, where the longest tide embankment has been constructed already for 1 year, based on Saemanguem land reclamalation project by the government and corporates. That makes a lot of lives and fishermen slowly killed with sea. BAFF is the independent film festival which talks to you about such lives, us and our struggles.
